Fun at the Spring Show

This weekend we’ve been competing at the Spring Show! Kafteinn strutted his stuff in the F1, Fjolnir had a winning debut in the T1 qualifier and a joint win in his first V1 final, Jemimah had her debut in the F1 and Draupnir showed his awesomeness in the T2! (Photos thanks to various people and Janina Hetz!)

Welcome to Miri

We are very happy to welcome Miri Pesch, who is with us from Germany for around two months to help with the horses and around the farm and of course to learn English! She has been here almost a week now and is already an invaluable part of the team.

Thursday evening workshops!

We are offering you the opportunity to come to Connegar Farm for a learning session based on anything you’d like to work on with your horse, whether it be ground work, lunging, gait training, pole work, fitness, or maybe even watching one of us training – every Thursday from 6pm starting 5th January 2017. Single or group sessions available. No need to book in advance – just let us know before 1pm on the day if you like to come and PAYG!

Vacancy still open!

Hello all! We are still looking for help with our farm/horses from the start of January! Ideally looking for a good rider and horse handler with experience of tolt if possible and with young horses, an independent worker, and someone with a fun attitude! Driving license a plus. There is the possibility of separate accommodation, as well as having your own horse with you (if required) and the use of the great facilities. This could also be an opportunity for someone outside the uk to improve your English! Get in touch for more details!
