Elizabeth has been riding Icelandic Horses since 1994 and currently rides two horses, Odinn fra Vallanesi and Stapi fra Bulandi. She has had training from Maaike Burggrafer of Holland and Magnus Skulason of Sweden.
When she’s not riding, she is running the farm which includes sheep and chickens, and looking after two kittens, two dogs; Harrison and Blesi, and tortoises. She is also a very keen gardener and spends many hours outside in the garden.
