Lots of visitors!

Last weekend we had a visit from a mother and daughter who came for lessons and also a prospective purchaser of an Icelandic!

Odinn was used for the lessons and he was a star – showing tolt well and behaving beautifully, while Sokkull was ‘as safe as houses’ in the school and in the fields up the farm. We hope to see all of you again one day!

News from new owners

It’s always nice to hear how new owners are getting on – this weekend we have had wonderful news of two of the horses we recently sold; Silfur and Fjalar. Silfur went to her first dressage event and came a very respectable third, whilst Fjalar went out with his new owner in a group ride and was impeccably behaved!!

SRDP-B number two a success!

Last weekend, we held the second session of the SRDP-B group, which included some new faces as well as young riders – there was a lot of fun had by all and we hope some learning too! Once again, it was nice to see improvements in the horses over the weekend and to spend time with other Icelandic horse owners! Thank you for coming!
