This week we have a new arrival – Silfur Stjarna! She is here for training and to sell on behalf of her owner, watch this space!

Sokkull left us today for his new home in Wales. He looked very smart ready to go – we hope the new owners have lots of fun with this lovely horse. We will miss him!

Last weekend we took 6 horses to compete at the September show at Verwood; Andrew rode Hafeti in the F1 and T1, Elizabeth rode Stapi in the T2 and Jemimah rode Sokkull in the intermediate four gait, Draupnir in the V1 and T2, Kraftur in the T1 and V1 and finally Fjolnir (and his first show!) in the Intermediate four gait.

All horses performed well and did us proud, particularly Fjolnir who loaded perfectly and took to the oval track like he’d always done it!

Hafeti did a good program but unfortunately missed pace in the final and Sokkull, Draupnir and Kraftur won their classes!

We are very happy to announce that Sokkull is off to a new home in Wales! We wish his new owners a lot of fun with him!

  Andrew was very happy to receive the prize for the best shod horse at Burghley last weekend!
